THE COURSE The course is a two-loop, 100% rolling grass course. See link to course map on the left

ENTRY FORM To secure your team's spot in this year's meet, e-mail Ben Mangrum at bmangrum@upsd.wednet.edu and add the Curtis Invite to your calendar on Athletic.net. We will limit the meet to 30 teams.
Please submit your roster by Monday September 26th. Rosters need to be entered using Athletic.net (Use the link to find directions on how to sign up online).

*It won't matter at all if you enter an athlete in a certain division and want to change them later, so don't worry about that. I just need the names to enter them in the system. You choose who runs what race, and the finishers will be entered into the results of that race afterwards.

Coaches and parents are encouraged to run in the Community Open Race, and you can enter on race day at the registration area (there will be a suggested donation of $5 for community members, but coaches are free of course).

AWARDS There will be trophies for the top three teams in both the varsity boys and the varsity girls race. Medals will be given to the top ten individuals in the varsity races. Ribbons will be given to #’s 11-20, top ten finishers in the boys JV top 7, the girls JV, and the top 5 per gender in the community open race.

ENTRY FEE $100for a boys and girls team / $75.00 for either a boys or girls team. Please have your accounts office send your entry fee by Friday, September 23rd, and make the check out to Curtis High School. APPAREL There will be t-shirts and other apparel available for purchase at the entrance to the park, provided by NW Designs.

SERVICES There will be a certified trainer available before, during, and following the meet.

PARKING There will be a shuttle bus available from Chambers Primary School for parents and other fans, as the parking lot at the Central Meadow will be closed to the general public and the golf course parking lot will be unavailable. The bus will be leaving from Chambers Primary School (directions included in link), which is just down the street less than a mile from the golf course entrance, and will leave every 10 minutes or so starting at 8:30am. The shuttle will also return passengers back to Chambers Primary throughout the day until 1:30. Cars coming into the golf course lot will be redirected to Chambers Primary, since there is a wedding reception scheduled for that day.

Buses will need to drop off athletes at the lower parking lot and relocate to the auxillary parking lot at Curtis HS off of 40th Street next to the baseball fields and the "CJH South Field" (map here).
